Ok, first of all, I decided it was a good time to write since something retardedly awesome happened today.  Me and a friend decided to go canoing, try to catch some fish and just chillax on the waters after work today and let me just start by saying that I’m not exactly a superstar when it comes to camping or any sort of outdoor activity.

In fact, I’m so awesome that as we were canoing out towards the open water of Lake Wilcox, I moved a bit towards the side and managed with the help of my buddy, to FLIP THE ENTIRE CANOE … T_T  One minute, we were above water, enjoying the peacful scenery of open water, and the next, I was swimming for the life of me, confused and laughing my ass off.  It was great!!  I couldn’t believe I had managed to be such a pro.

Even better, when we flipped over the canoe it was filled with water and we couldn’t empty the water out.  We were stranded out in the middle of the lake!!  I managed to get into the canoe with my buddy holding onto the other side, but the minute I got in, the canoe started to take in water like a sponge and sank faster than a brick! @_@ the humanity!

So, i’m sitting in the canoe, this with a small bucket, spooning out water about as fast as the thing was sinking and it became obvious that I FAILED at canoing. EPIC FAIL.

Anyway, we both started laughing again while swimming and holding onto the canoe when some awesome dude on a make-shift raft came by to help us flip the canoe hahaha.  It was one of the funniest, stupidest experiences I’ve had in a while.  Mind you my buddy hates my guts and I lost my camera, but shit, it was fucking hilarious.  I had so much fun and its stupid things like this that make life interesting!!!  Good times!
